Delivery Dates

At Town & Country Turf, our years of experience in supplying landscapers, nurseries and golf courses has taught us the value of providing customers with a quality service. To maintain this, we only cut the required turf the day before it is delivered. This means it reaches you in the best possible condition.

To give guidance as to when you can expect delivery, online orders received by 11am Monday – Thursday can normally be delivered within 2/3 working days, whilst orders placed on a Friday are normally delivered from the following Tuesday/Wednesday (we are unable to deliver on Saturday and Sunday). During busy periods these delivery times may be extended.

Please ensure that you provide a contact telephone number and email address so that we can confirm delivery details. Also advise us of any height, width or weight restrictions that may apply to the approach of your property, and any further information which may affect the delivery, i.e. parking restrictions.

Delivery Area

Please note: Due to current Haulage issues we may be unable to service all post codes and lead times may be extended.

We can deliver nationwide using our Pallet Service and locally throughout the South East of England on our own fleet of forklift lorries and flatbed tipper trucks.

Our Pallet Service allows us to supply nationwide subject to access this will arrive on Pallet Trucks and will be delivered as close as possible to the property. However please note we are not able to in all circumstances leave the product in your preferred location and this is subject to the drivers discretion, but we will do our best to accommodate.

For local deliveries our forklift lorries provide us increased flexibility and can enable us to place your order directly onto your property at our drivers discretion. Please note we do require adequate parking capacity to allow our lorries to unload safely and securely. We can quote for specific local and bulk order jobs, Please contact your local depot for more information.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. However we will do our best to get product to you as early as possible.

Delivery Criteria

We prefer our customers to be on site the day of their delivery to direct our drivers. We will deliver without you being present, provided we have detailed instructions as to where your order should be placed. We do not accept any liability for theft or damage to items delivered and it is at the driver’s discretion as to whether it is safe to deliver to your chosen location.
